About Me
I am Mustafa Okan Alpay — an AI researcher, indie developer, and digital entrepreneur based in Montreal, Canada.
I hold an MA in Economic Policy from Boston University and have worked for Turkish governmental institutions including the State Planning Organization, Trade Ministry, and Competition Authority. Today, I build AI-powered tools for the Apple ecosystem under the brand mstf.ai.
My current focus areas include building Safari extensions that integrate LLMs into everyday browsing, fine-tuning open-source models (LoRA adapters) for specialized tasks, Apple Intelligence framework development, and publishing research on applied AI techniques.
